Making it through all the pandemic delays, we are now ready to send out your Trillium pre-orders! We have, however, also been sent some exciting beers not on the pre-order list from one of the best breweries out there. Orders will be prioritised for those that already have pre-orders of course, but do send in your requests. Here are a few:

Permutation 7.09
Imperial Stout – 11%ABV

“Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our production crew.
Displaying its pitch-black viscosity as soon as it’s pouring into the glass, Permutation 7.09 opens up with aromas of creamy chocolate milk, toasted hazelnut, and subtle fresh-ground coffee beans. Over time, the beer begins to show secondary notes of vanilla almond milk and gentle coconut. A medium body, well-integrated adjunct profile, and slight warming character all come together in a harmonious slow-sipping drinking experience.”

Wild Sinister Kid Sherry
Sherry BA Wild Ale – 11%ABV

“This is a special edition of our Belgian Strong Ale aged in sherry barrels and fermented with our native New England yeast culture. Appearance is a deep, opaque reddish-brown with mahogany lining and an off-tan head. Wild Sinister Kid Aged in Sherry Casks emits aromatics of dark fruit, charred oak, vanilla, and savory tobacco hints. This dark, strong ale displays complex flavors of dessert wine, stone fruit, oak, and a light tannic structure with mild acidity. A dry, warming finish with a creamy body rounds out the beer.”

Black Currant Soak
Oak BA American Sour Wheat Ale w. Black Currants – 6.3%ABV

“Soak: our line of sour wheat ales, aged in oak, featuring a variety of single fruit additions. We ferment the base beer with 60% wheat in large oak foeders for several months. Loosely inspired by the cold-maceration process used in winemaking, we referment fruit in the base beer after primary foeder fermentation to “soak” for a deep extraction of unique colors, aromatics, and flavors. “
