Happy Monday, everyone!

This week we’re excited to be bringing you some beers that don’t make it “over the pond” often enough– Perennial. Brewed in St Louis, Perennial was one of the original breweries to gain renown for imperial stouts brewed using adventurous ingredients.  And none are more famous than Abraxas.

Abraxas 2020
Imperial Stout / 11.5%ABV
An Imperial Stout brewed with ancho chili peppers, cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and cinnamon sticks. Pouring deep brown with a thick head, this beer has a complex body with a delicious lingering roastiness. Abraxas is brewed with unique ingredients intended to challenge and excite the palate.

And back by popular demand for the 2nd year in a row:

Then You Roast the Mallow 2021(IN CANS)
Imperial Stout / 11.5%ABV
Then you Roast the Mallow is an imperial stout brewed with graham crackers in the mash and lactose, brown sugar and marshmallow fluff in the kettle and boiled for multiple hours. Post fermentation they steeped the finished beer on graham crackers, marshmallow and cocoa nibs which lend to the overall sweetness, but impart flavors of baker’s chocolate and roasted liquid marshmallow. Drinking this beer reminds us of backyard baseball games, summertime pool visits, and Benny the Jet Rodriguez.

And last, but definitely not least:

Take 10 2021 (IN CANS)
Imperial Stout / 11.5%ABV
Brewed with pretzels, and a touch of sea salt added on the tail end. We added Caramel and chocolate during fermentation, then steeped it on a fairly reasonable amount of whole roasted Virginia peanuts. Roasted peanuts give a lush aroma, with a balance of peanut, caramel and salt on the palate.

Equilibrium has people in a haze for their hazy beers. And whether they prefer cans or draft beer, we have something for everyone. Like:

Fractal Citra/Mosaic (In both cans and kegs)
IPA / 6.8%ABV
Fractal Citra & Mosaic pours a resinous-hazy-straw yellow releasing complex aromas of dank citrus, passion fruit, earthy grass, and tropical melon. The taste is resinous, dank pineapple juice, touch of pine, and ends with a slightly creamy mouthfeel and a firm but rounded bitterness.
