15th Annivesary Ale – 15% – Hoppin’ Frog celebrated their 15th birthday as they do best– by making a MASSIVE beer. This time they made a BA strong ale, sophisticated and complex with a combination of Belgian and British Ale yeasts, which derive the perfect blend of spicy and fruity flavors. It is brewed with both Czech and German hops along with two types of Belgian candi syrup. They didn’t stop there– they aged this superb ale in extremely rare bourbon barrels to add another layer of complexity. Strong Ale perfection!

Besides this beast, you can choose between MANY other BOTTLESCANS and KEGS, like:

15th Anniversary – Bourbon BA Strong Ale – 15%
Rye B.O.R.I.S. The Crusher Batch #400 – Oatmeal Imperial Stout – 9.4%
Peanut Butter Hazelnut Caramel Chocolate Cake Stout – Pastry Stout – 8%
Barrel-Aged B.O.R.I.S. The Crusher – Oatmeal Imperial Stout – 9.4%
Extended Barrel-Aged D.O.R.I.S. The Destroyer – Bourbon BA Imperial Stout – 10.5%
Anejo Barrel-Aged Sattlerita Turbo Shandy Citrus Ale – Turbo-charged, BA Shandy – 10%

The Morning After De Haag (16.65%) is a quintessential English-style Old Ale and a true masterpiece, with each sip being a delicious new experience. With an abundance of select maple syrup added, and then aging on gourmet coffee beans, Den Haag awakens to an even more complex, interesting and satisfying flavor profile. Still aged in rare, sought after Bourbon barrels, and this time with ex-Bourbon Maple Syrup barrels(!), all creating an extremely delicious and memorable character.

Peanut Butter Hazelnut Caramel Chocolate Cake Stout – 8% – The rich, decadent character of this gourmet cake stout will fill your senses with friendly, familiar flavors and aromas of yesteryear. Happy Monday, everyone!

Buckle up and join us for a journey to the Czech Republic, birthplace of the pilsner.

Our journey takes us to several hundred year old brewery nestled in the small village of Únětice, on the northwestern outskirts of Prague. Únětický Pivovar is rooted deep in traditional Czech beer culture so their primary focus, naturally, is making world-class pilsner.

Their most popular beers are Únětické 10° and Únětické 12°, both unfiltered, unpasteurized, refreshingly bitter pilsners.

Únětice 12° (4.9%ABV) has a clear, straw-yellow color, and a fresh but light aroma of hops. The body has the crisp taste of malt with a head that is rich and long-lasting.

Únětice 10° (3.8%ABV) shares the same wonderful, fresh wholesome taste of its stronger brother, Únětice 12° lager, but is a bit more dry. Having a light, pale yellow, and a nice dry beginning with a distinct fresh taste of hops, this beer gives just a hint of sweetness, but quickly turns into an addicting sharp bitterness of hops.
-Both of which are available in 50cl bottles and 30L kegs

Want loads of variety from one single brewery without compromising on quality?

Then look no further than The Veil

Whether they’re making IPAs (like Redredmiatamiata; pictured), wild ales (like Closer Glimpse Viognier), intensely fruited goses (like the Omnipollo collab, Vanilla Blueberry Dragonfruit Passionfruit Shu) or imperial stouts (like their Sleeping Forever series) everything they touch turns to liquid gold.

Happy Monday, everyone!  This week, let’s do something different and have a closer look at one of our deeply beloved producers of farmhouse ales, Jester King Brewery.

If you want farmhouse ale, then it makes sense to look to an actual farmhouse, nestled in the Texan countryside. At Jester King, all of their beer is either spontaneously fermented or fermented with a mixed culture of brewers yeast and yeast cultured off the skin of local plants and wildflowers.

The result are beers that are uniquely “Texan,” tied to the terroir and filled with the love of the land, which they showcase by using Texas-grown grains, hops, and even melons (check out the Farmhouse Ale with Texas Summer Melons) whenever possible.

Give your customers a taste of Texas–and equality–with Farmhouse Ales like Femme Sauvage, which was made for the Pink Boots Society, an organization that was created to “assist, inspire and encourage women beer industry professionals to advance their careers through education.”

Or give them something truly refreshing–and stunningly beautiful– like a Grisette with blackberries, cherries, or currants.

Not only does Jester King love the beer traditions from the Belgium and France, but they also pay homage to other traditional (and nearly forgotten) styles, like East German Porters (like Pattinson Porter) from the early 20th century, which are heavily toasted, highly hopped, and brettanomyces refermented.

In other words, every one of their beers is unique– with a delicious story to tell.

Check out the pricelist below to see all 13 different bottles and to spread the Jester King love.
